Human Resource and Minority Affairs (HRMA), Government of Punjab Department, has announced the scholarship for minorities for session 2024. Students from minority groups studying at the Matric to Ph.D. level are eligible. Students from minority groups will receive a predetermined yearly stipend.
The Punjab Government’s Department of Human Resources and Minority Affairs will award a yearly stipend of PKR 50,000/- to students enrolled in professional undergraduate degree courses and Ph.D. courses. It has fixed a stipend of PKR 35,000 for students enrolling in postgraduate courses like MA, M.Sc., MS, and MPhil programs. Students should send their minorities scholarship applications to the R&I Branch.

Eligibility Criteria
- The scholarship shall be open to minority students who are regularly enrolled at a government institution.
- Students who are studying at a government institution in Punjab or at a federal institution in Punjab territory.
- Students with domicile of Punjab.
- In the last exam, he or she had to achieve a minimum of 50% marks.
- Monthly income should not exceed PKR 48,300 to be eligible for the HRMA Minorities Scholarship.
How to Apply for HRMA Minorities Scholarship
Submit the complete application along with required document. The required documents include educational certificates, copy of CNIC student father, domicile and 3 photos. The income certificate should also be attached with the application form. 17 grade officer will attest the educational certificates, while the gazetted officer will attest the income certificate.
