Scholarships are available through the talent hunt program from the Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) and the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi. Undergraduate scholarships, including qarz-e-hasna, are available for deserving students.

The IBA-OGDCL talent hunt program aims to provide aptitude skill development and training at IBA Karachi for deserving students from selected districts across Pakistan, enabling them to secure admission for a four-year undergraduate degree program at the institute. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to avail full 4-year scholarships or qarz-e-hasna upon admission to IBA’s undergraduate programs.
OGDCL Talent Hunt IBA Scholarship 2024
Candidates who successfully pass the orientation assessment test and interview and aspire to pursue an undergraduate degree at IBA Karachi in one of the offered programs, are encouraged to apply. Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must hold domicile in one of the specified districts.
- Candidates who passed the HSSC-I examination in 2023 and will appear for the HSSC-II examination in 2024, or those who passed the HSSC-II examination in 2023, are eligible to apply.
The IBA – OGDCL program aims to select and train students from underserved regions and communities nationwide for a two-month orientation program at IBA Karachi, helping them prepare for IBA’s admission tests.
